Grilled Turkish Chicken

  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp Senteurs d'Angkor Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp La Plantation Smoked Sweet Chili
  • 3/4 tsp La Plantation Turmeric
  • 1 tsp corse salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Mix spices and olive oil together. Using a brush, apply mixture to a small flattened chicken or to bone-in pieces. Grill on the BBQ.

    This recipe comes from Chatelaine.com and has been a family favourite for years. We adapted the recipe using our fresh spices and the flavour is just delicious. We serve this meal with grilled vegetables and sweet potato fries or quinoa.
