BBQ Tamarind Sauce
Tamarind originates from Africa but has well acclimated to Cambodia. It is wildly used in Khmer cuisine. La Plantation Tamarind BBQ Sauce is created from the fresh pulp of tamarind, which has a sweet and sour taste. Its spicy flavour comes from the addition of smoked chilies and Smoked Kampot (Black and White) Peppercorns.

Rich and intense, the sauces are concentrated. The sauces do not contain any colouring or preservative. Shake before use and refrigerate after opening.
Mix with mayonnaise, sour cream or yogourt for dips. The sauce may be diluted for marinating.
