Spicy hot chocolate can be created with this delicious blend of cocoa, cardamom & long pepper. Mix with your favourite milk, almond, dairy, coconut and of course oat. Sprinkle on cappuccino or add to your favourite muffin/cake recipe.
The cacao used in this blend comes from the lush plantations of Mondulkiri, a region renowned for its fertile soils and ideal climate conditions. The cacao beans are cultivated using traditional and organic methods, giving them a rich and intense flavour profile.
This particular cacao variety is known for its subtle fruity and floral notes, making it the perfect base for a well-balanced hot chocolate. Cambodian spices, such as long pepper and cardamom, elevate these chocolatey notes, adding a touch of exotic flavour.

Love the cocoa cardamom mix! But there doesn’t seem to be much availability of the product. The product pack is small so is consumed fairly quickly. Tried ordering 2 but was only able to order 1 because of lack of stock.
