Kampot Green Peppercorns have PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) Like fine wines, each colour of Kampot Pepper each has its own unique flavour. Green Kampot peppercorns are very aromatic and easy to crush.

Once opened, we recommend that you store Green Kampot Pepper in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture, so that it retains its full flavour and aroma.

To preserve its aroma, Green Kampot Pepper should be ground or crushed before serving . We recommend a ceramic mill or La Plantation's handmade sugar palm mortar. You can also quickly rehydrate the Green Kampot Peppercorns before adding them to your dishes or sauces.
