Pearls of Pepper come from the Long Pepper harvested at full maturity. The tiny grains of the red fruit are carefully extracted transforming into pearls of pepper. Sprinkle as a garnish on carpaccio, fresh cheese and much more. The delightful crunch reveals aniseed notes making this a unique complement to many dishes.
